price change in PR

hi guru,

i want to change in PR basic Price.

already PO , GR and bill is made.

during PR creation Basic rate is 12500 and in PO creation Basic rate is 7000.

Due to this my budget is block , so i want to change the basic rate in PR, Please guide me.

Hi,

have you checked commitment report for the same as above said in post commitment would be reduce once you create PO with the reference of PR. if report show 12500 then budget functionlity is now woking properly so you need to check and Run CJEN (data reconstruction) then CJBN.

The moment you create PO with reference to PR, your PR commitment gets reduced. Your WBS should have remaining budget left over.

Run CJEN & then CJBN.

Hello,

If the price was 12500 in the PR  and you created the PO for the same quantity and less price ( 7000) the budget consumed  has to be 7000 not 12500, if your are sure that the systems has consumed 12500 you have an issue in the budget availability.

Review the budget available and if you are sure that there is an issue, regenerate budget availability control --> you can do it in transaction CJBN.
