Hi Ismael,
Yes, you can get all the support packages required in the below link:
Software Downloads -> Support Packages -> Support packages and stack
Here you can choose your solution, and then popup comes:
Select starting version and target version, you will get all the support packages required.
Apart from this, I will prefer if your solution is connected to Solution Manager you can use Maintenance Optimizer which is easy and gives you exact packages list depending on your currently installed Support packs in your System.

Gaurav
Hi Ismael,
You can always upgrade HR packages in ERP System.
For HR there are two Support packages - SAP_HR and EA_HR. For both of them, SAP_BASIS and SAP_ABA patches need to be upgraded first as pre-requisites.
But before upgrading the HR packages, HR functionals have to confirm if they have read the side effect and dependency report of these packages with other modules like Finance.

Hi Ismael,
Fist decide upto which Support package level you want to upgrade you HR component, you can go upto latest-1, recommended. .
Then check the import condition, by clicking on "info" in service market place, for the import of package several other components needs to be upgraded before upgrading HR support pack.
Below screen will give you idea, how to check import condition.

Amit
