Enable SSO in CRM UI link

Hi All,

We are working in Solution Manager 7.1. Using the new CHARM in CRM Web UI.

1.We are including links in emails that will direct the user to CRM Web UI document page. But when the user clicks on the link the the system asks for login credentials. Can you please let me know how i can enable SSO in this case?

I am currently using the below format while creating the link to the CRM WebUI.

http://..../default.htm?sap-client=<Client>&sap-language=EN&sap-domainrelax=min&crm-object-type=<object>&crm-object-value=<value>

2.Also we include a banner(Pic) which is stored in the system. But when the email reaches the inbox and user clicks on the email, the system prompts for login credentials. Can you please let me know how this can be handled for the banner to appear in the email without any login to system.

Hi Rithesh,

In you solman_setup transaction in Solution Manager system can you check if the SSO set up for your managed system is good ?
