Solution was to create a template, and change the height of the different lines, and then split the contents to each line.

Use template to create header and item lines.
Use Loop to print table records using template.

Well create the Header Text using Template & then create a Table from row 1a, 1b , 1c & so on.. This wont get you into the scenario of merging at TABLE layout.
