Solman 7.1 - Cannot send email to support team

Hi,

I'm facing with a problem of sending email to support team in Solman 7.1.

I already maintained email address for the related business partner. This is an organizational unit, not link to any user. Therefore, I can only maintain email in BP. But when I create a support message, system always says "No communication data could be determined from address 11009".

I tested sending email via Business Workplace (t-code SBWP) with Recipient type = Business partner. And everything works fine, email sent...

How could I solve the problem?

Hi,

Thank you for your all replies. I just found out the problem.

In Conditions for Actions, I changed the Recipient Type from Internet Address to Organizational Unit and it solve the issue.

Hi. Check whether you marked this action as partner-dependent in action definition. It should solve you issue.

Try to paste email in section 'Address-independent communication' and try again.
