Unable to specify correlation in BPM using SAP PI 7.31

Hi,

I am currently working on SAP PI 7.31 SP00 dual(ABAP+JAVA) stack.I am creating a scenario werein for eg 10 payment transaction files would come from a payment system which SAP PI has to consolidate at interval of every 30 mins and then generate a single ISO XML20022 V3 document.I am planning to use BPM for it using regular collect pattern scenario.

one suprising thing i noticed was that i have defined correlation in correlation editor

Now in the properties  of these recieve step  when I try to specify correaltion that I have created ..I get options (mandatory)activate correlations & use correlation.When I specify my correaltion in activate correlation ...the same correlation that I have specified in use correaltions disappears...YES disappears.

As  a result I am not able to specify the correaltion in any of my recieve steps..seems like a bug...on SAP PI 7.31 SP00
