Multiple Business partner account grouping - External

Hi

We have multiple groups of vendors in ECC out of which only 2 group of vendors are relevant to SRM. One has the number range

ZF: 000000001 to 009999999

ZN: 500000000 to 599999999

There are vendors inbetween these vendor number ranges that we dont want to get in to SRM.

I have configured the external number range for both, but while grouping i can mark only one of them as standard external. So only that group replicates to SRM.

How to configure the groups and number ranges so that both nubmber ranges get in to SRM

Hello,

it is not possible in standard to replicate at the same time vendors with several external number range.

So, two solutions:

1. before each replication, adjust radio-button for external standard group concerned (IMG: SAP Implementation Guide > Cross-Application Components > SAP Business Partner > Number Ranges and Groupings > Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges).
2. create enhancement-section for PERFORM get_groups in BBP_VENDOR_GET_NON_BAPI function module in order to manage several rows.You will have also to make enhancement for BBP_BUPA_INBOUND_CHECK function module.
