Hello,
I'm trying to finish the "SUP 2.0 (4) Register a New Device in SUP Admin Console" tutorial.
In this tutorial the guy asks to select the "Device users" menu at 0:23.
But I can't find it. It is simply just not present. Instead, I have "applications" menu.
Someone have an idea how to resolve this.
Thanks in advance for your help
Hi Azmi,
This tuturiol is quite old one(SUP 2.0), now SCC had changed.
You can find simillar functionality of "Device Users" which is refering in the tutorial under Applications->Application Connections from SUP 2.1 onwards.
Some operations like 'registering user' can be done under this tab.
Refer http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp -> Sybase Unwired Platform 2.2 for latest information.

Hi Azmi,
You can try out this doc. This doc is not the latest but will help you get to know the basics of SUP. The code is a little old. Just replace the classname LiteUserManager with ODPUserManager in the code snippet and you should be fine.

Hi Azmi,
You can find documentation in http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.sybase.infocenter.pubs.docset-SUP-2.2.0/doc/h...
This has the information about the latest SUP releases i.e, SUP 2.2.ans SUP 2.2 SP01.
This also has information about developing native applications in IOS, Android and Blackberry as well as browser based apps over HTTP channel.
For configuring SCC refer to http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.sybase.infocenter.dc01092.0221/doc/html/title...
