Export Pricing Problem

Dear All,

The problem is as follows -

Present Scenario in case of Factory Export Sales -

Basic Price : Rs.100 / PC    Quantity : 1000 pcs     Value : Rs. 100000.00

BED : 10%                                                                   : Rs.  10000

ECS : 2%                                                                     : Rs.   200

HSECS : 1%                                                                 : Rs.   2

Now the BED+ECS+HSECS Value :                                  Rs.10202.00

Then Basic Price+BED+ECS+HSECS Value :                    Rs.110202.00

Vat Tax  : 10 % charged on the value Rs. 110202.00

Required Scenario -

.As per our discretion we will be able to charge Vat Tax only on the Basic price excluding the excise duty portion, else when needed we will be able to charge VAT Tax on Basic Price + Excise Duty normally.

Please suggest how to configure this in standard SAP within the same pricing procedure.

Thanks in advance

Hi Animesh,

VAT is not applicable for exports in india. The only thing in export pricing procedure you have to mark all excise duty condition types as statistical for the purpose of generating excise invoice and ARE3 document that to know how much duty that government is giving exemption on exports. only excise duties are applicable in case of exports. Copy the factory sales pricing procedure, change the descriptions and remove the VAT condition type.

Hi,

Please go to v/08 and check from which step number vat is calculating..Change this to the basic price step number.

Do revert if you are still facing issue
