Total Records in CO09

Dear All,

For the sales order(50011) there are five materials.

LineItem  Materail  ConfirmedQty

10           ABC       3

20           XYZ        7

30           GGV      9

40           KKP       1

50           IMP        5

Created the delvery(60023) for all the five materials, line item 50(Material-IMP) is deleted and PGI done for other four line items.

Created another delivery(60078) and PGI the line item 50.

In CO09, it is showing the delivery(60023) for the linitem 50 where the line item is deleted.

Executed the report SDRQCR21 for the material-IMP and plant 1001 by selecting all the four check boxes.

Issue: In CO09, the delivery(60023) disappeared but cum ATP qty doesnot changed.

In CO09. it is showing Deliv.Total records with 5 qty as confirmed.(there are no deliveries for the material)

How to remove the Deliv.Total records from CO09 and update the cum ATP.

Kindly guide me.

Dear All,

The issue is fixed.

We have separate ATP server, when we executed the report SDRQCR21, system didnt updated the ATP.

With the help of ABAPer , we updated the same hence it solved.
