cache not updating - central Adapter Engine

Hi Experts,

We are working on NW PI 7.1 patch level 14, with updated kernel 300-uc on

windows 64-bit with ms-sql 2005 database.

The central Adapter Engine cache has not been fetch properly. Error

status showing as "Attempt to fetch cache data from Integration Directory

not yet started or still in process".

All the users are unlocked. Please find the attachment of errors.

Kindly provide the solution as well as suggest missing configuration.

Hi Devendra,

As per the document you shared the RFC destination is working correctly.

it does not mean that there is a problem if the RFC Status in with internal Server error.....in your case it is working.

Regarding the next screen Adapter engine cache issue you perform the CPA Cache refresh by using the below url and then try to refresh your cache in cache connectivity test.

http://host:port/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

http://host:port/CPACache/refresh?mode=delta

please use PIDIRUSER to perform CPA Cache refresh....
