Cache Error in sap pi 7.1

Hi Experts,

when i m trying to refresh  cache usnig following link .

http://host:port/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

it show's

500   Internal Server Error
		SAP NetWeaver Application Server 7.20 / AS Java 7.10

  "Application error occurred during the request procession."

Details:

"The WebApplicationException log ID is [000C294711C5004B0000095E0000104C002854210D2BA5B6]."

username which i used PIDIRUSER,PISUPER

What could be the problem ?

Hi Depak,

Could you please check whether the user is having proper roles or not .Check with the BASIS folks once.

Hi Dipak,

Please check the below SAP Note:

Note 1673399 - PI Upgrade: No RFC authorization for user PIDIRUSER

Also perform Cache Connectivity in RWB.

SXMB_IFR->RWB->Component monitoring ->and Cache Connectivity test.

When you open this window, all the components should be green. I hope in your case few of them will be red. Due to some reason PIDIRUSER is not working.

when i performed  Cache Connectivity in RWB.

SXMB_IFR->RWB->Component monitoring ->and Cache Connectivity test.

central adapter engine having yellow symbol and i m getting this message"Attempt to fetch cache data from Integration Directory not yet started or still in process ".

when i m performing cache monitoring in rwb.

SXMB_IFR->RWB-> Cache Monitoring->show cache Status table.

Hi Dipak,

Check if the password for PIDIRUSER is correct and also make sure that the user is not locked.

PISUPER might not have access depending on the roles provided.

Just cross check with your Security/Basis teams and perform using PIDIRUSER.

I have checked. PIDIRUSER is not locked.

following roles are assigned to it.

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_PI_CFG_SRV

SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE

SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR_J2EE

SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER_J2EE

SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER_MAIN

SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE

when i m try to login in rwb using  PIDIRUSER  user it show following error.

403   Forbidden
		SAP NetWeaver Application Server 7.20 / AS Java 7.10

  You are not authorized to view the requested resource.
