Hi All,

Im setting calibration SAP QM flow.

What my client actually have is PP-PI. Therefore they are working with machines as resources (CRC1).

So, do I need to create the machine as an equipment in IE01 ?? Even they will represent the same equipment as the one we actully have in PP-PI ??

Is there a way to link CRC1 to IE01 ??

The resource is equal with work center, so the concept is totally different with equipment.

The interesting is why your client defines the equipment as resource because one work center can have several equipments normally.

By the way you have to create the machine as an equipment for calibration process.

In equipment master you can assign an production work center as location work center.
