Not able to edit ZXRSRU01

IDES BW3.5/SEM 4.0 has been installed on Netweaver 04 having SP9 and

facing the following problem . In spite of giving developer key access

not able to edit program ZXRSRU01 ( package : Z_TRAIN ) either thru

transaction cmod or se38.

On clicking the display <-> change button the entire script grays out

and doesnot allow to do editing.

Can anyone help me out?

It is greyed out because the original system of the report is propably another system. In such cases the modification assistane is active. You can switch off the modification assistant using the following path from the abap editor:

Edit -> Modification Operations -> Switch off assistant
