Hello,

We are configuring Sourcing 9. To generate contract word document we have created clause, section and contract document template. While we are trying to generate contract document inside an agreement system is stuck at Processing request page. In the page Status field is showing "not started" and Percent complete is "0".

I have searched the ESO & default trace file & find below two error entry:-

Default trace file-->#2.0 #2012 12 26 13:57:38:810#+0530#Error#com.sap.engine.services.cross#

Hi Deepak.

The Above trace file shows error "

: Failed to open a connection to 1:0:10.219.85.142:50004, reason: connection refused" . may be your Word Service Connection to ESO is not opened. Pls ask your basis team to look in to the issue.

They can resolve this connection issue.
