Certificate profile Vs Z-Report of COA

Hi Guru,

I want to know how Certificate profile is helpful for developing a COA  rather than Z-report for FDA industries.

  which is the best way to develop customer specific reports.

Hi,

If you want to create cstomer specific reports the best way is to go for a Z transactions.

In standard profile you will not have the flexibility of a Z transactions.
