Is it possible to make the PAGINATOR work in Webdynpro application

Hi Guru,

    We set parameter WDTABLENAVIGATION in Webdynpro application to value 'PAGINATOR', but however we effort, the table always show scroll bar, is it possible to change the system behavior?  thanks.

Hi Chuck,

Probably you are using LIGHTSPEED rendering, this is the default rendering, and it ignores the PAGINATOR property, so scrollbars are always displayed in tables.

You can change WDLIGHTSPEED property to blank and WDTABLENAVIGATION property to PAGINATOR to get footers shown, but not using lightspeed reduces system performance.

     I set the application parameters to enable the PAGINATOR,

WDLIGHTSPEED = ''

WDTABLENAVIGATION = PAGINATOR

    but it still does not work.  SAP_BASIS my SAP system in 702,  Patch level 011.

Hi Chuck.

Have you checked WebDynpro component WD_GLOBAL_SETTINGS?

Execute its application and check the values of those properties, if the value is blank or checked, the default value of the property is the selected in WD_GLOBAL_SETTINGS. If the value is *, then the property values is the value you choose in your WebDynpro application.
