GRC 10-BRM: Role Approval WF

Hello Experts,

I have an issue with the Role Approval WF.

please help in 2 questions, both are in the request status window, after submitting a request for role approval.

1. In the "Approvers of selected path" i can't see the approver. why is that?

2. in the "Request number/key" i get the role name, and not the request number (number range).

im attaching a screen shot of that window.

could really use your help.

Dear Michal,

The "Request Number/Key" always contains the Role name, as the request is generated on the name

of the Role. Therefore, the Request is always shown as "Role approval required for role <role_name>".

For "Approvers of selected path", where are you opening the request?

some answers:

For "Approvers of selected path", The attachment is a shot of the "request status" window of the my home tab in NWBC.  .

The "Request Number/Key" - thanks for your answer. i was wondering than, where do i see the request number, the one that i have customized on the naming convention?
