Special Price Agreement in SAP

Hello Group,

We have a Business Requirement to incorporate Special Price Agreement for Customers in SAP. Basically requirement is as following:-

1. We have a simple Pricing Procedure --> List Price, Customer Discount 1, Customer Discount 2 and Extra Discount (Manual Line Discount).
2. Usually Extra Discount is linked to Special Approval which is happening outside SAP (Lotus Notes).
3. We want to create a Special Price Agreement for a Customer wherein Special Approved Discount will be stored either Material Wise or Material Group 4 Wise.
4. Above Agreement will be having Validity and Value for the total Agreement.
5. On Similar Lines we need to have campaign for Multiple Customer, Multiple Material, Multiple Material Group 4.

My Questions related to above process:-

1. Is Contract right metholodogy for Special Price Agreement, how we can incorporate Material Group 4 Wise Discount in Contract?
2. Campaigns we should use Deals?

1. In my opinion contract is right methodology for this. For incoirporating material group 4 wise discount you need to create condition table with MVGR4 field. Take this field with other fields you need to use and assign this in access sequence of discount condition.

2. Yes you can use deals for sales campaigns.
