Results recording and usage decision

Hi,

  I have created an inspection for material using inspection with task list and quality plan created. In quality plan i assigned qualitative characteristics and sampling procedure 10% of the total lot need to be inspected. Now the purchase order is for 5000 kg and the lot is formed. The inspection qty is 500. In that ok results were found 200 and not ok for 300 and in UD I will reject the whole lot. Now the 5000 qty moves to blocked stock and the quality rechecks again and finds that 25 is only not ok  now for which lot i need to make the UD. Already the UD has been done and it is rejected.

Dear Badri Prasad

In this case stock transfer inspectio(08) will help you. After doing the UD of lot, Qty is posted to block. When quality recheck it transfer the whole Qty from block to quality inspeciton at that time lot of orgin 08 will be created if 08 inspection type is activated for that mateial. then you can do Ud for that lot.
