We have just completed an upgrade from 46B to ECC5 with Netweaver 04
SR1. We are now installing the Java Add-In for ABAP SR1 with sapinst.
To be exact, it is this component:SAP NetWeaver '04 Support Release 1>
JavaAdd-In for ABAP> Oracle> Central System> Java Syste
m Finalization.
It fails during the creation of the tablespaces with the following:
********************************************************************
ERROR 2005-03-23 16:04:01 [iaxxinscbk.cpp:289]
abortInstallation
CJS-00091 Unable to create the tablespaces. DIAGNOSIS: There is not
enough free disk space: Mount point | space required | sp
ace available | SAPDATA directories
/oracle/S09/sapdata4 | 1100 | 54.9141 | 4
. SOLUTION: Make more disk space available.
******************************************************************
Since we already have the ABAP system, sapdata1, 2, 3, and 4 are
completely full and we can't extend easily. We assumed the install
would ask where we would like to create the tablespaces, as we have
plenty of other sapdata areas available. However, sapdata4 is full.
How can we change the default location that the installer is attempting
to use? Can we change one of the XML files to point to a different
default location?
Check DBSIZE.xml, I think the directories are listed there.
