pooled status in seeburger workbench

Hi Experts ,

we are facing the issue in seeburger workbench for inbound message to Seeburger AS2 from Partner.

the message reached to seeburger workbench from the partner and MDN also ok with +ve status.

but message not processed to SAP PI and the message is in Recovery  monitor with Pooled status.

we have serched in SDN and found below disscussion.

as per the above disscussion we have checked communication channel.

there was no errors in communication channel monitoring in runtime workbench.

What might be the possible error for this? Is there any location where we can check the error? or is it related to any data content (AS2 payload)error ?

I tried to recover the message but not fruitful.

could you please help on this.

Hello,

if the communication was correct and your partner has received a MDN, then AS2 worked fine and the error is related to the steps that are happening in the module chain.

What type of file do you receive and which steps are executed in the module chain ?

Can you see the file in the "Recovery Monitor" and restart it from there ?

(then you can probably see some error message during this process...)
