Can't Join SAP StreamWork

Hello,

I too am trying to JOIN Sap StreamWork, but every time I click on JOIN button I am asked to "Set your web password", but when I enter the password I am forwarded to the same page with JOIN button.

How could I solve this problem and register myself to see documents in Sap StreamWork please?

Hi,

This circular login issue when trying to activate your enterprise account is caused by a faulty server side plug-in.  The plug-in is restarted frequently during EST time zone to allow activations.  Please try to login periodically throughout the EST time zone and you should be able to activate your account.  Once activated you will not have this issue anymore.

If you need to coordinate a time outside of EST that is more convenient with your schedule please let me know.

Dear Mr. Tiku,

We have reset the password associated to the email address. You have been sent a reset password request via email, and we ask you to follow the steps in that email. You will be able to reset the password.

If you are on the SAP network,  navigate to https://streamwork.com/sap.  If you are off the SAP network,  please log into a WTS session and use the same URL,  or go to https://streamwork.com/session/new and use your email address and the Streamwork password you set.

Please let us know if after following these steps if the problem persists.
