Guys,
I am a technical guy and a first timer with planning area changes. I have created a new keyfigure(order series), and attached the same to the planning area. But when i "Append" or "Insert" the new key figure in the planning area, the key figure semantic is defaulted to "001" instead of "000". I am not able to change this value. Its a SNP planning area with combination of TS and LC.
Obviously because of this I am not able to add the newly created Z category types.
Is there any txn to do it?
I am using SCM 7.0.
Looks like the APO is defaulting the semantics based on the last key figure entry. I added the key figure(was 001) and de-initialized the planning area(with proper back ups). This allowed me to change the key figure semantics to 000.
Note - I am marking this as a correct answer just to make people aware about the fix and not for points.
Thanks

Guys,
Forgot to share these...
- Time series exist for planning area(copy of SNP standard).
- Because its SCM7.0, I can still change the PA without de-initializing.
