Copy budget entry figures to another ledger

Dear experts

We are using both payment and commitment budget ledgers in BCS.

In budget entry process we would like to have the amounts in one ledger copied to another automatically and summarised using derivation strategy.

This is because PB holds budget at a different commitment item hierarchy level from CB, so we can't use the manual copy function.

Can this be done? Is there a BADI entry point in BCS where we can achieve this?

Hello Elllen, you can try with the BAdI FMKU_BUDGET_DOC, I have used it for copy documents to a new version from FMBB.

Hello.

I have the same task. I'm using BADI FMKU_BUDGET_LINES. Method ADD_LINES.

There you can create additional lines in budget document.

Badi FMKU_BUDGET_DOC designed to post document in different versions of budged.
