Error while doing usage decision in Quality.

Dear Guru's

we have a inspection lot created with reference to purchase order, and while making usage decision in qa32 in VE code by mistake my user has accpeted with "03 production" instead of "01 goods receipt" so now the stock is not posted to unrestriced use , please some one help me in how to reverse that usage decision and make acceptance with "01 goods receipt".

You are talking about UD code. There is not a standard functionality in SAP. You have activate user exit QEVA0008 & cancel the UD code that you enter. But still you can do stock posting, for this go to QA12 & click on Inspection stock, then enter stock posting qty.

What is the Status of Inspection Lot?

If Inspection lot is created against a GR for Purchase order, I think you have not completed stock posting,

Go to QA12,

change UD code, and Complete Stock Posting in "Inspection Lot Stock" Tab on UD screen.

I presume here you are talikng abaout UD code as VE code.

If so then Making UD & doing stock posting are two different things.

You can make stock posting to any pocket irrespective of UD code is status of the IL is still SPRQ from QA12.

You can also chane the UD code through QA12 as well.
