Dear Friends,
I am getting always this message when I am clicking on a catalog link in the protal.
Page not found or not available
can you pls. tell me how to integrate a Catalog into Portal. It is not a MDM Catalog. Just a Punch-Out-Catalog. I am on
SRM_SERVER 700 Level 0002, SAP_BASIS 701 Level 0003, PORTAL 7.01
already done:
SPRO
SRM Server/Master Data/Content Management/Define External Web Services/
maintained the Catalog-ID and its corresponding attributes
SPRO
SRM Server/ Technical Basic Settings/Maintain Portal Information
PCD_LOC_CAPCD Location Catalog (for OCI)
pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.srm.srm70/com.sap.pct.srm.com.fl_common/com.sap.pct.srm.com.iviews/com.sap.pct.srm.com.iv_cataloggeneric
assigning of the Catalog-ID to the USER within PPOMA_BBP
What else is needed, pls advice how to achieve this issue.
Regards
Alex Ziegler
Hi,
I don't think you have to maintain the portal information to get a punch out catalog to work. Can you share the parameters and call structure that you maintained in the define external webservice as it looks like the punchout catalog can not be found?
Things it should have at least:
Sequence | Parameter Name | Value | Type |
---|---|---|---|
10 | <empty> | <punchout url> | URL |
<..> | <extra parameters for calling of punchout> | <Fixed/SAP> | |
50 | HOOK_URL | <empty> | HOOK_URL |
60 | ~returntarget | _top | Fixed |
Check in transaction ST11 in the ICM trace if you get the error NIEHOST_UNKNOWN or something like that - it means that there is no DNS server that SRM can lookup the IP address of the punchout catalog.
Regards,
Robin
