Dear Experts,
Currently we are using SNP Discrete Optimization for generating SNP Planned orders for our bulk products & their respective SKUs followed by PPDS at resource level.
Consider following situation after SNP Discrete Optimisation:
One SNP Planned Order created for Bulk (20,000 Ltrs)
Two SNP Planned Order created for SKU1 pack size 4 ltr (Demand 8 litres)
Three SNP Planned Order created for SKU1 pack size 3 ltr (Demand 9 litres)
Three SNP Planned Order created for SKU1 pack size 1 ltr (Demand 3 litres)
I wish to know whether we can have a single SNP planned order created for each SKU whose value would correspond to the aggregate demand of the SKU i.e.
One SNP Planned Order created for SKU1 pack size 4 ltr (Quantity 8 litres)
One SNP Planned Order created for SKU1 pack size 3 ltr (Quantity 9 litres)
One SNP Planned Order created for SKU1 pack size 1 ltr (Quantity 3 litres)
Also if we can achieve this, will the scenario remain same if I perform PPDS as well??

What is the lot size procedure you are using here, try using lot for lot method.
