Consumable Amt not updating in Report FMAVCR01

Hi All

I am facing  the below issue in FM BCS implementation. I am looking your kind support on this...

We have done all the configuration settings in Test client and doing the testing. It was worked perfectly for some time, but recently 

we got an issue that posted Budget amounts are not getting updated in report FMAVCR01 (Overview of Annual Values).

We are not using any budget releasing functionality, Budget documents and amounts are showing/updating in tables and other budget reports

(like FMRP_RW_BUDGET, FMRP_RW_BUDCON, FMBDT, FMBL etc.,).

Before posting this thread I red all relevant threads and also executed re-initialize AVC fmavcreinit etc., But no results.

Why Budget is not gettting updated in FMAVCR01 report, due to this I am not able posting documents getting budget exceed errors)

Kindly suggest....

Please check in table FMAVCT if ledger 9H or 9I as your case may be has record type 1 (Plan). If there are no records then your AVC ledger is not properly activated or the filters are preventing update of your budget record.

Thanks for the support, I have checked there are no entries in FMAVCT table, where as entries are available in Budget table as well as budget reports.

Report FMAVCR01 will be fetched values in FMAVCT table ,  If no values are available in FMAVCT table then I believe either these documents are posted as a planned documents  or may be effectiving releasing process.

Check all the budget releasing configuration settings, whether  any budget releasing process is being used?   You may get the already posted Budget Released documents and planning documents information in standard reports itself.

Check once again and let me know the issue with more information.

Hi Rao

Yes correct, issue has been resolved., previously they used Budget released process, they hadn't removed completely (IMG settings), due to this budget has gone releasing mode. In the reports also it is showing as normal budget (B1), that's why I didn't identify the open releasing budget (R1).

Please, run report RGZZGLUX and t-code FMAVCREINIT and retest the

situation.
