Hi ,
Shooping cart received in office outlook email for approval .
The cart was approved directly from outlook as email by writing Approved. and email was sent to SRM Cart.
Logos and attachements are taken care as per instuctions in the email .
But when check in SRM, this is still showing not approve .
Could you please suggest.

by writing approved I hope someone wasn't actually typing in: approved, but just used the links/buttons provided and hit the send button for the message.
Can you check transaction SOIN to see if the email reached SRM?
Is the email address allowed to approve? there often is a check on the address the approval was sent to and the one where the approval is coming from.
Is the user locked/not valid anymore?
Are you using /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALGET as scheduled program?
-> Check the logs in SM37
