Hi,
sap system instance details missing in MMC. This happened after a usual windows server restart.
Kindly help us to get the details back.

Dear Ms. Hema,
If SAP & Database services are working properly, then check mode & status of following services in windows (services.msc)
1. Background Intelligent Transfer Service
2. Computer Browser
3. Distributed Transaction Coordinator
4. Application Management
Change the mode to Automatic & Start it. If still the problem persist then restart the windows server once again.

You need to add missing system in MMC. There can be N number of systems in one MMC on condition that they must be in same network, so no issues if any one is missng. just follow the procedure given in below link .. and let me know if you face any issue.

in services check status of sap<SID>_NO service ,,start the service

Hi Hema,
1. Check all SAP services in services.msc
2. Check Kernel directory and Profile directories. If you have backup of profile directory and kernel directory re-place it.
