Hi Guys
In SRM 7 i am facing an issue, the user got GR remainder mails late. and i found the following information
1) For a specific client the GR remainder mails run every Monday, and the mail was sent to the user on 30th Nov which is friday which is wrong, when i checked in SOST i did not find any mails send to the user rather i searched the SC/PO but did not find and mail send on 30 th nov hence i checked the precious monday i.e 26th Nov. still i did not find any mail.
2) there may be problem at user end as he received the mail late or some problem with exchange server but the main issue is why i am not able to track the PO
please help
