Error NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND

Hello Experts,

I'm facing this error "Mapping program is not available in runtime cache: Object ID", my scenario is a sync-async BPM. I have trying,
sxi_chace, full refresh and delta refresh, also CPAcache Full, and clear SLD cache in the ESR and ID, and no works, then I followed the note 1377033 but when i go through the data cache overview send me an error "404   Not Found"

Somebody can give me an advice how fix this error.

If it is in QAS/PROD, try transporting the object from DEV to QAS or QAS to PROD.

Hi Jaime,

Just make a false change in your ESR / Design objects (like add a space in the description and remove it), Save and Activate. Check the cache status in ESR. It should work.
