Delivery block.

Hi,

there was a delivery block in the sales order and it got saved.when we try to do picking and PGI,it is throwing error as picking not possible due to delivery block.the block has been removed by the authorized person in the sales order and saved it.

It is still not allowing to do Picking showing the same error.what could be the reason.

Hi,

you need to remove the delivery block from the delivery document also.Choose GOTO - HEADER - ADMINSTRATION and remove the delivery block.

this will solve the issue.

Hi,

Just if there is some user exit which ensures that the user exit is there till the time some process is met kind of. Also check in the sales order header status if there is any delivery block still existing before doing the picking.
