Communication channel not found in Component monitoring

Hi PI experts ,

I have one strange issue in sap pi.

its a IDOC 2 File scenario.as of now i am testing in Quality system.Before Patching Quality system working fine.but after patching i check that interface not working.i try to analyse the issue.i check the communication channel particular interfae but i am getting '0' Communication channels.this interface working fine DEV & PRODUCTION.i try to check some  interfaces communication channels it will be showing in componet monitoring.

Component Monitoring --->Adapter engine----->Communication channel.

i am getting problem as mention above around 7 interfaces.remaining interfaces working fine.

i dont know why this problem is occured.can you please help me on this issue.....

Now we are using SP26,PI 7.1

Hi Azeem,

Please check if there is any issue with cache in PI system.

If so, do a cache refresh and I hope this would solve the issue.

After full cache refresh communication shown in component monitoring.but some communication channels not shown in Runtime Workbench.

Hi Azeem,

Can you make false change (add a space and then remove in Channel Description) to any one of these Channel in Directory and save, activate. Check the Cache status and then check in Communication Channel monitoring, whether you can see or not.
