Customer requirement is..

1. Utilise CIC Front Office to enable user call important functions for

    Contracts

    Billing

    Assets

    FI

2. We do not have HR implimented

    As stateted in help we need to define the HR - Organisational plan

    Customer does not intend to go in for Telephony

I am new to CIC and have a intensive SD/MM background. Please guide me on this if we can go ahead with user ID's.

And the configurations required (Step by Steps)
