OVA2 availability check issue

Dear sd gurus

i am facing one issue in OVA2 t .cod

i opened OVA2 AND i am checking status fields like 00,01,02,03,04,05,06,16,30,32,58,d1, like this i clicked status field side icon all status fields came at a time

but once i closed the system and opened again but i saw  only one status field

suppose in status field 02 is there if i click beside icon it shows only one status field

And here in the fields Genarel ,delivery,billing , etc i am unable to put tick mark or remove tick mark in this fields pl let me know

I soled one issue

i checked on the task bar display all but i am unable to put tick mark

but i here i have one logical issue

we can maintain status fields like general,delivery,billing tick mark

in ova2 we cant remove tick mark or add tick mark in ova2 in status field

my doubt is why we cant do modifications in ova2

Whether you are seeking information either on availability check or incompletion log status?

Hi Venu,

First of all this is not Availability check issue, this is Incompletion log issue.

"..my doubt is why we cant do modifications in ova2..." - you cant make change in this field, coz this is only for selection purpose. If you want to change on status fields, you have to do this on following way. SPRO> Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions> Log of Incomplete Items> Define Status Groups. here you can change/edit (remove tick mark or add tick mark) and you have to assign this status group in OVA2. But dont change in standard one, copy and create your own status grp and remove tick mark or add tick mark.
