Global Package Check Switch

Where is the above system-wide switch located. I can't find it anywhere, yet it is causing mayhem for the developers. i found documentation about it, yet it does not give the transaction to access it!!!!

I assume you figured this out. But in case anyone else has the problem like I did.

Look at OSS note 648898. It tells you how to switch the settings.

The transaction should be SPACKAGE.
