Unable to create Task list after upgrade to solman 7.1 SPS 7

Dear All,

After upgrading to solman 7,1 SPS7 and configuring ITSM, we are unable to create a Task List in project. The log shows the following error:

IMG Project /TMWFLOW/SPRJ_GET_SMI_DATA_REL is already used in another project

Please let us know how to resolve the same.

Did you resolve this issue?  Getting same error on SPS08

Yes, it happened to be an authorization issue with user in development system of the satellite landscape, though the error messages did not point in that direction
