NWBC Side Panel & the Collaboration Chip (Streamwork \ Jam)

Did anybody successfully incorprated Streamwork \Jam into the NWBC 4.x Side Panel?

I would like to try NWBC -SidePanel Collaboration Chip; but I kept getting the message "Information on user xxxx could not be retrieved from StreamWork". Do anybody know:  where I could get a documentation on this Collaboration\StreamWork chip? Primary interest is to to know the pre-requisite to make it work (maybe the SAP backend version dependency).

beside RKT material from the Service Market Place, the KW documentation (http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_06/helpdata/en/58/327666e82b47fd83db69eddce954bd/frameset.htm) may be very useful. You should find all the required information for setting up the CHIP framework in general.
