Error in the phase while installing database software

Hello All,

I have installed SAP NW 7.02, due to some issues I uninstalled existing SAP system and trying to install again. But I'm facing below error, kindly have a look and please guide me to get out of this issue.

FCO-00011  The step InstallDB2Software with step key

I have deleted entries in registry too but still facing the issue.

OS: Windows 2008 R2

DB: DB2

PFA for log files. Kindly  help me.

Hi,

Please stop DB first and then try to uninstall the SAP system,this is because if DB is  running some of the folders will not be uninstalled completely.

Thanks for your response, setup.exe file was created but it is empty. Kindly find the below db2setup log.

Hi Uday,

I guess during the uninstallation of first System SAP-inst not removed all the directories & for fresh system SAP-Inst trying to create the new directories but some Dir's already there... (Log: :ESE1033.mst;F:\Files\DB\51041319\WINDOW~1\ESE\image\db2\Windows\SERVER\1033.MST is already installed.). please check all the directories.
