Reprint activity SY510 and SY511 not finding the document to reprint

When I pull in an SFC that had a label printed into the reprint plug-in and the stand alone reprint activity, the system is not finding the label and making it available for selection.  The document does have the "print method" set to ALL.

It's a adobe document (.xdp)

Any suggestions why it would not be finding it?

Hi Melanie, We might also need to assign label printer in POD maintenance/Printers section.

Update:  Doing the same thing with a .lwl
