Pricing based on Customer Hierarchy??

Hi Guyz,

I am experiencing problem with Customer Hierarchy pricing,Material is not picking up the price,pls explain.

Material Pricing in VK11 is based on access Sequence i.e,Customer Hierarchy, So while creating sales order with VA01 what changes needs to be done in VA01 so that material pick the price.

Assuming you have the price records and config set up correctly, the following is also required to make it work (there's no real documentation anywhere on this)

All customer master records in the hierarchy should have the "Price Determination" field checked (XD02->Sales Area Data->Billing Documents tab)

I know it says "Billing Documents" but it will also apply for the Sales Documents too.

Then you will need to "update the hierachies"

(VDH1->Hierarchy->Update Programs->All)

Now your Price Condition should populate in your Sales Order.
