Can anyone let me know that how to preapare minimum order quntity in excel format for overseas purchase

Hello, 

You may create an SQVI Query (or SQ01 Query with Info Set and User Group) with Purchase Info Record tables EINA & EINE. Minimum order quantity is at field EINE-MINBM. The query can be run for overseas Vendors and download to excel.
