gray color alerts

Hi,

I've alerts with gray color. For example, At the Solution Manager (4.0 Stack 9) this three alert is at gray color( CPU_Utilization, Page_In, Page_Out). Investigating it, I've logged at the satellite system ( BW 3.5, BASIS 6.40) at rz20 transaction, and I got this information for this alert:

Operating System

CPU_Utilization 0 % , 00.00.0000 , 00:00:00 ( Value is obsolete )

In order to investigate, I edited alert's properties and at the General tab I modified vaules to "Set "Value Obsolete" and inactive after", but the alert doesn't change status gray to other color.

I've checked, from the menu on top of your screen 'Views>Status data collector'

CPU_Utilization CCMS_OS_Collect [Running in Autoabap] CHECKED Run required ( 22.02.2007 , 19:26:01 ) Cycle: 240 sec

Hi Raul,

Please select the "Utilisation" node with your cursor and click on the

'Properties' icon, please change in the 'General' tab the value in the

field 'Set "Value obsolete" and inactive after' to 0 (in this case the

node will always green, yellow or red) or to 300 seconds, which means

if there is no new data send after 300 seconds the node will get gray

(or white).

Hi Dolores,

I had done these steps you indicate me. In fact, in the 'General' tab, the value in the field 'Set "Value obsolete" and inactive after' is 0 but at the solution manager alert color follows with gray color.
