Issue with Quality Notifications

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue where the Quality notification is having the status NOPR (Notification in Process) and NOCO (Notification completed) both active. I tried the set deletion flag and reset it but system didnt allow that as NOPR was active.

I am facing this issue with only one Notification. Other Notifications are having either status NOPR or NOCO as active.

If anyone has faced a similar issue kindly revert back with your valueable inputs.

Note 502627 - Notification has both statuses NOPR and NOCO

Please check the task TAB, check any task is defined.

There are 4 tasks in the tasks tab.

If you want to set the deletion flag, remove the task from task list also.
