cProject error during creation of Internal order

Dear Friends,

We have SAP ECC & SAP PPM 5.0 (IDES) installed on same server.

I have used standard project type (Developmentproject (IDES, Education)) to create a project. Have done role & task assignment.

Then I'm changing system status to "Flagged for Transfer". Once click on save button, I'm getting following messages:

Error when importing object FIELDTAB.

Demands conflict: Role Project Manager is overstaffed - no costing

Error occurred in accounting - see link controlling cockpit (cProjects)

An error occurred in Accounting (system NONE)

I checked controlling cockpit. Nothing recorded there.

I have checked following configurations:

1) IMG > SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Project Management > Connection to External Systems > Accounting Integration > Define Object Links for Accounting Integration

2) FINR3_CPROJECTS_CUST > Collaboration Projects > Controlling > Create and Change Controlling Scenario : Here I check controlling scenario CPR1 & it has costing variant PC02

Any advise/ help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Amaresh Makal

Hello Amaresh,

Have you checked in controlling cockpit -Transfer : Objects not created ? Clearly it is a replication-CO object error... then it should appear there...

Hi Sara,

Yes I agree with your argument. But in COCPCPR, nothing is getting captured.

Hi Amaresh,

I thought it was not needed activate the log parameter to see error in cockpit but now I am not sure. Could you check in transaction IAOMD if you need activate it?

Business Scenario : CPROJECTS

User Name : *

Log : *

If you don't have activate you can do it here.

( I have activated until 2020)

After this try to replicate again from cProjects nd check in Cokpit

Sara

Thanks for responding back again Sara.

As you said, I activated log using IAOMD.

Replicated cProjects, but still no luck. Even now nothing is getting captured in COCPCPR.

Review the 2 points you say  that you have configured the same object ( PS project or internal order in both of them..

Alo review the 'destination of your object' : it shold be or blank or NONE ( I don't remember)

and check if you are creating a PS project : the project proffile CPR0001 is configured

or if you are creating a order : order type CPR1 is configured

Also review in activate Integration  the Scenario for your project type is 'A'

Really.. I don't have more ideas........

Yes, it is NONE.

Yes it is CPR1, as I'm using internal order.

Also review in activate Integration  the Scenario for your project type is 'A'

Yes, it is 'A'. Thanks for your time to assist me to resolve this issue. Unfortunately this issue still remains.

Unallowed change to characteristic RECEIVER_CONTROL

    Message no. IAOM035

Diagnosis

You are using the SAP enhancement IAOM0001 or method CHANGE_ATTRBTS of a

BADI implementation of BADI definition IAOM_ATTRIBUTES for changing the

    characteristics of a Controlling Object.

With characteristics with a data element (component DATA_ELEMENT), you

have changed the data element or value.

With characteristics without a data element, you have changed the value

of one of the characteristic components FIELD_NAME_COPA,

    FIELD_NAME_OREXT or FLDNAME_RECEIVER.

This kind of change is not allowed. The original definition of the

characteristic contained the data element (component DATA_ELEMENT) or

one of the components FIELD_NAME_COPA, FIELD_NAME_OREXT or

    FLDNAME_RECEIVER 'RECEIVER_CONTROL' and the value 'ICP4'.

Procedure

Adapt your implementation of SAP enhancement IAOM0001 or BADI

implementation of BADI definition IAOM_ATTRIBUTES. If necessary, contact

SAP Remote Consulting.
