Hello,
my question is about the history or cache of the SAP Gui inout fields. I don´t know if I describe this correctly, I mean the last entered values for each field, that come up, when you hit the backspace key in the field.
As far as I know, this history is saved locally under the user profile.
The question is, can I delete the history of only one specific field? I don´t want to loose all the rest of the cache for all other fields, because I use this heavily.
Is there a possibility to do this, maybe by editing the local cache files?
Thanks for you help!
Regards.
Hi Michael,
you do not have to edit the history database (which is password protected anyway).
All you need to do is expand the history of the field you would like to delete entries from and use the DEL key to remove the entries.
Best regards,
Frank
