user default is not updating in GRC AC10

Hello

In AC10 user default is not getting provisioned to user at the end of request . As per note 1684783 I have

configured the the user default in spro

assigned the action user default to request type

created rule (decision table) for the mentioned user default function

But still the user defaults in not getting updated to user at the end of provisioning

I think the problem is with the rule ,because the note didnt mentioned which kind of rule we need to write . If anyone come across this scenario please share .

Hello Rajendra,

I have similar issue in GRC 10.1, I have configured all the required user default settings in BRF and SPRO but still I dont see the defaults values in my target system after provisioning.

I'm using the user default also but still not managed to create a rule in BRF + and also not meeting documentation on this, and I use custom fields to define the rule, and these fields should be mandatory, as set them as pdf at the link below on page 09, but they still are not as mandatory.
