Unable to update longtext in bbp_procdoc_update

          I want to update internal note from my custom Function module am using bbp_procdoc_update.except longtext all updates take place anyone

please guide me on these above is my code

PLease check if the TEXT ID(200) you are passing is a valid one and exists in table TTXID
